34401A 6 1/2 Digit Multimeter

The Keysight 34401A is a 6½-digit bench digital multimeter designed for precision laboratory and system use. It offers 0.0015% DC voltage accuracy, with ranges up to 1000 V DC and 750 V AC. It measures current up to 3 A, both AC and DC, and supports 2-wire and 4-wire resistance measurements, diode test, and continuity.

For AC measurements, it has a bandwidth of 3 Hz to 300 kHz, and can also measure frequency and period. It features a 512-reading internal memory buffer, GPIB and RS-232 interfaces.
